WHAT WE TEACH
Our courses cover the same criteria as school Bikeability courses. We empower our riders with the skills and confidence to cycle on the road safely and independently by teaching correct road positions, priorities at junctions and essential communication and observation skills.
Due to our smaller group sizes and longer training sessions, our riders get much more opportunity to practise their safe cycling skills at many different junctions and locations, compared to the training they may have undertaken within the school setting.
We endeavour to tailor the course to the needs of your child. If they already have some on-road experience, we can build on this knowledge and increase their confidence on busier junctions and cycle further afield. Call us today to discuss.
Holiday Courses are 2 hours per day, over 4 days.
They run either in the MORNINGS 10am - 12pm or AFTERNOONS 1pm - 3pm
Meeting points are TEDDINGTON LOCK FOOTBRIDGE or OLD DEER PARK (behind Pools in the Park swimming pool in Richmond).
Location of the safe cycling course can be flexible, if you book out a whole course (6 pupils). We are happy to travel within the borough of Richmond to Barnes, Ham, Richmond, Richmond Park, East Sheen, Mortlake, Twickenham, Teddington, Whitton, Hampton, Hampton Hill & St. Margarets.
Courses will have a maximum of 6 trainees per course, with 2 instructors leading the course.
Book places individually, or book out a course for up to 6 friends.
